Account Registration

  • Delivery speed depends on the service type and platform; exact delivery time is not guaranteed.
  • Services are provided through a multi-vendor reseller system.

Use at Your Own Risk

  • We do not guarantee lifetime retention of followers, likes, or views.
  • Social media platform updates may cause drops or delays.
  • SMMRanker is not responsible for any account restrictions, losses, or bans.

Orders & Usage Rules

  • Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time.
  • Accounts must remain public during order processing.
  • Wrong, private, or invalid links may result in order cancellation.
  • Orders may take 7–30 days depending on service type.
  • Abusive, illegal, or prohibited content orders are strictly forbidden.

Refill Conditions

  • Refill is applicable only on eligible services and based on order ID.
  • No refill if username is changed or account becomes private.
  • No refill if drops are caused by other providers.
  • Minimum refill eligibility depends on service-specific conditions.

Refund Policy

  • Deposits cannot be reversed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are credited to the SMMRanker account balance.
  • Completed or running orders are not refundable.
  • Orders not started within a reasonable time may qualify for balance refund.
  • Chargebacks or disputes will result in permanent account suspension.

Payments & Fraud

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity will lead to account termination.
  • Using multiple panels simultaneously for the same link is not allowed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel services in case of suspicious activity.

Limitation of Liability

  • SMMRanker is not liable for any direct or indirect damages.
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, reputation, or accounts.

Changes to Terms

  • Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
  • It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.

  • We do not share customer information with third parties.
  • Order and reseller information remains private.
