SMMRanker has been operating in the SMM industry since 2021. We work as a multi-vendor platform and act as a mediator between users and service providers. By using our panel, you agree to follow the rules listed below.

General Rules

• Make sure your account is public and counters are visible before placing an order.
• Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time.
• Adult, political, extremist, or controversial content is strictly prohibited.
• Drops may occur due to social media updates; risks are entirely on the user.
• Changing account privacy while an order is running will void refunds or refills.

Funds & Payments

• Added funds cannot be withdrawn back to the original payment method.
• Funds can only be used within the SMMRanker platform.
• Any abuse, fraud, or manipulation will lead to account suspension.

Refill Policy

• No refill if username is changed or account becomes private.
• Refills are processed based on order ID, not links.
• Refill processing time usually ranges between 24–72 hours.

Refund Policy

• Wrong or invalid links are automatically canceled and refunded.
• Completed orders must be reported within 24 hours for any review.
• Fast services are not eligible for refunds once started.
